Epic Games Launcher mobile now uses Epic Online Services natively to keep integrated games cross-platform and social features up to date. As a result of this change, the Epic Games Launcher will need the installation of a local Epic Online Services component. After you’ve installed the launcher update on Windows, you’ll notice messages notifying you of the changes and urging you to finish Epic Online Services installation to get future launcher updates.
